Schmitz Cargobull was recognised as an innovative, digital and sustainable company in two national studies in 2021. The Digital Champion 2021 study conducted by Focus Money and Deutschland Test looked at the status of digitalisation and investment in employees’ digital skills. The Dream Employer study conducted by the F.A.Z. Institute also put corporate culture and salaries under the microscope. “This award demonstrates that Schmitz Cargobull is regarded as an innovative, digital and sustainable company. We offer our staff the chance to help shape our future as part of a family-run business. In addition to our core business of trailer production, we are also in the process of hugely expanding our Digital Services sector, creating a number of new positions for staff with experience and an interest in digital jobs.
